Blue
The Holy Spirit; holiness; heaven; heavenly visitation.
The Hebrew word 'tekeleth' is translated blue. It ranges from sky blue to a deep dark blue.
The colour blue is frequently associated with the tabernacle and temple finishing.
Blue is connected with that which is holy in God's service.
In conjunction with precious stones, the sky blue colour of sapphire represents heavenly things.
Blue is also related to the commandments of God, the importance of remembering them and also the heavenly calling of those who are chosen by God to be His people.
The ark of the covenant in the Tabernacle was covered with blue cloth representing its association with the word of God.
The robe of the High Priest was also blue, symbolising the close association with God and His word.
Negative
Blue is also connected with chastening and teaching. This is a different word 'chabbuwrah' meaning bruise or blueness.
"The blueness of a wound cleanseth away evil: so do stripes the inward parts of the belly." (Prov 20:30)
Blue is also associated with idol worshipers; those who corrupt God's ways. (See Jeremiah 10:8-9)
